Take a moment and think about your health. Do you think you could feel better? If you've never been to the doctor for a routine checkup, or if it has been a few years since your last medical exam, you could be inviting disaster.
Did you know your State and School Employee Health Plan offers an annual wellness benefit of $1,000 or more for participants over the age of 18 who complete the WebMD Health Quotient (HQ) prior to their wellness visit?
In order to be covered, wellness/preventive services must be performed by a participating AHS State Network provider.
What are you waiting for? Complete your HQ and make an appointment with your participating provider. There's no better way to make sure you're in the best physical health possible than an annual doctor's visit.
If you do not complete an HQ, you will not be eligible to receive any adult wellness and preventive service benefits.
